Supermoon and Lunar eclipse in California

After a very cloudy day, this was all I saw of the supermoon rising:

I thought that was going to be it and then, the blood red moon in total eclipse, rose above the clouds:

and as the moon rose higher, the shadow started to move across the surface

Unfortunately, I didn't have a filter so the images aren't as clear as I would have liked.

The next one will be in 2033, so really pleased I got to see this one :-)
