Happy New Year from Sydney

I know it’s a bit late, but hope you all had a great time and we wish you all the best for 2013. We celebrated at the Opera Kitchen which is at the base of the Opera House. The walk to the venue itself should have only taken 5 - 10 minutes from the ferry and around Circular Quay, but unfortunately, due to the lack of crowd control by Sydney officials and the number of people who had been camping out all day for a good viewing spot, 45 minutes later we got to our table. As you can see from the photos below, we couldn’t have hoped for better seats to view the fireworks at midnight.
